Services – There will be a Service at Tankersley St. Peter’s Church this Sunday at 09.30.  No Service at St. Paul’s, Pilley this week.  There will be a Last Supper Service at 3.00 pm at Pilley Methodist Church led by the new Superintendent Minister Louise Carr.

Age UK – Healthy Living – continues on Wednesdays at 1000 hours in The Hub.

Tankersley Community Association – The afternoon teas continue at 1300 hours on Tuesdays.

The Halloween Party for children and families arranged for Sunday 29th October is now sold out.

The Annual Bonfire and Firework Display have been confirmed for Saturday 4th November.  Volunteers are invited for wood collection and bonfire building.  More details will follow.

A Whist Drive will be held in Tankersley Hub on Thursday 28th September commencing at 1330 hours.  No experience is necessary – everyone welcome.

Tankersley Senior Citizens Group – invite new members.  Activities include a variety of social events and excursions.  Anyone interested should contact Brian Marsden on 01226 746306 or 07947430259

The Hub Tuck Shop will be open on 1300 and 1600 hours on weekends – weather permitting.  Tea, coffee, soft drinks, ice creams and confectionary are all available whilst visiting Pilley Pocket Park.
