The Yorkshire Coffee Roasters will be at the Welfare Hall all day Sunday 5th June supporting the village in its Jubilee celebrations.
The YCR team will have tea, their own roast filter coffee, soft drinks, sandwiches, sausage rolls, pork pies, crisps, cakes, brownies, brownies and more brownies. They also promised some surprises on the day.
Our friends at YCR are also taking pre-bookings for afternoon teas for collection on the day at the Welfare Hall. Please pre-book by 1st June to secure your afternoon tea.
What’s included in the afternoon tea:
A selection of sandwiches using the finest local ingredients: Ham salad, egg mayo & Cheese
Percy Tuners Pork Pie, Crawshaws Sausage Roll.
Homemade scone with clotted cream and jam.
A selection of sweet goodies; millionaires shortbread, flapjack and of course salted caramel brownie.
For those joining us at Tankersley Welfare Hall for the picnic the afternoon tea comes with a tea or filter coffee for you to enjoy.
The afternoon tea will be boxed up for you including wooden disposable and recyclable cutlery. No mess, no fuss… relax and enjoy!
